CARE COORDINATOR AND NURSES WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH PATIENTS USING PHONE OR TEAMS APP.
TELE CONSULTATION WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE PATIENTS WHO ARE OUT OF ABU DHABI EMIRATE ALSO IF NEEDED THE PHYSICIAN WILL REFER THE PATIENT TO THE NEAREST LICENSED HOSPITAL FOLLOWING THE DOH REFERAL PROCESS.
